01Introduction

Welcome to Cili88 (hereinafter referred to as "Cili88", "we", "us", or "the Platform"). Cili88 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated under international licensing, offering services to players in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. Our platform is accessible via the domaincili88.lat and any associated subdomains or mobile applications operated by us.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, and any applicable game or promotion-specific rules ("Supplementary Rules"), govern the entire relationship between Cili88 and any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform (referred to as "you", "the Player", or "the User").

02Definitions

• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

03Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on Cili88, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

2. You must be a natural person and not registering on behalf of a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.

04Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the Cili88 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all funds held across the duplicate accounts.

4.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred contact number. You agree to promptly update this information should any details change. Cili88 shall not be liable for any consequences arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. You agree to notify Cili88 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

4.3 KYC Verification

Cili88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to registration, first deposit, first withdrawal, and any subsequent transaction deemed to require verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or suspension.

05Terms of Use

By accessing and using the Cili88 Platform, you agree to the following general conditions of use:

• You will use the Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes.
• You will not attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse any part of the Platform's technology, content, or data.
• You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any capacity.
• You will not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.

06Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Cili88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following verified Malaysian payment channels: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2U, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, and cryptocurrency (BTC and USDT). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

6.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account tier; please consult the cashier section of your account for current limits applicable to your profile.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5minutes of approval. DuitNow and FPX transfers are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Direct bank wire transfers are processed within 15–60 minutes. These are indicative timeframes and may be subject to delays during peak periods or where additional verification is required. Cili88 does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

6.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Cili88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification before releasing withdrawal funds, particularly for large transactions or first-time withdrawals.

07Bonuses & Promotions

Cili88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback schemes, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only and may not be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each type of welcome bonus once only. Duplicate account holders attempting to claim bonuses multiple times will have their accounts suspended and bonus funds forfeited.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x the combined deposit-and-bonus amount depending on the specific offer claimed.
• Bonuses have a validity period, typically 14–30 days from the date of activation, as specified in the promotion details. Unmet wagering requirements at expiry will result in the cancellation of remaining bonus funds.
• Cili88 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at its sole discretion. Any abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus hunting, matched betting using bonus funds, or exploiting software errors — may result in cancellation of the bonus and suspension of the account.

08Betting Rules

All Wagers placed on the Cili88 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting market. General betting rules include the following:

• Wagers are final once confirmed. You may not cancel, void, or amend a Wager once it has been accepted by the system.
• In the event of technical errors, system malfunctions, or incorrect odds being published due to human or technical error, Cili88 reserves the right to void affected Wagers and return stakes. No compensation will be payable in such circumstances.
• Sports betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time prior to event comencement or during live play. Cili88 is not liable for losses arising from the inability to place or amend a Wager due to market suspension.
• For live (in-play) betting, decisions made by officiating bodies — including scores, dismissals, disqualifications, and stoppages — are final and binding for settlement purposes.
• Mix Parlay bets require all selections to be correct for the bet to win. Partial wins are not awarded on Parlay bets unless covered by specific promotional terms.
• Maximum payout limits per event, per market, and per day apply and vary by sport and game type. Current limits are published in the Platform's cashier and game rules sections.

09Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Cili88 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Opening or operating accounts on behalf of any other person or entity ("proxy gambling").
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods.
• Coordinating bets with other players to manipulate outcomes or exploit platform promotions.
• Attempting to gain access to the accounts of other users.
• Interfering with the Platform's software, servers, or security infrastructure in any manner.
• Using the Platform while residing in a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with Cili88.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the Cili88 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, software, game content, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of Cili88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Cili88 makes no representation or warranty that the Platform will operate without interruption, error, or loss of data.
• Cili88 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform.
• Cili88 is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service outages beyond our reasonable control.
• Cili88's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the30 days preceding the relevant claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, to the extent such exclusion would be unlawful.

12Responsible Gambling

Cili88 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We offer the following responsible gambling tools to all Players at no cost:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via account settings.
• Loss limits: Cap the total amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session time limits: Receive alerts and automatic logouts after predetermined session durations.
• Cool-off periods: Take a temporary break from gaming for24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account if you believe gambling is causing harm.

13Account Suspension & Termination

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements necessitating account closure.

Where an account is suspended due to a suspected breach, Cili88 will conduct an internal investigation. If the breach is not substantiated, the account will be reinstated and any frozen funds released. If substantiated, funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law and our internal anti-fraud procedures.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Cili88 holds its operating licence. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved informally between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules applicable in the relevant licensing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

15Amendments to These Terms

Cili88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email, in-platform notification, or both, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the amended Terms take effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory action.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure before the amended Terms take effect.
